Brief Answer:
It is safe to continue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,I am here to help you.

Diane 35 is safe for long term use and you can discontinue the pill once you want to conceive. Ovulation returns to normal within 1-3 cycles of discontinuing these pills and they are absolutely safe with no side effects. Take care and all the best.
