Brief Answer:
Based on 24 hr urinary excretion rates.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have carefully read your query and understand your concern.

You seem to have marginally elevated blood uric acid.

Zyloric 100mg is generally a lower maintenance dose.

The decision to stop the therapy is based on the 24 hr urinary uric acid excretion rates.

If they are found normal, you can stop the therapy and have a periodic follow up with the same test along with serum uric acid levels.

Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
