Question : I need to show blood test report

In report , HbA1C is 5.7. Is it sign of prediabetic
Albumin and Globulin values are not in normal range. Any medication is required?
Vitamin D value is 23. How long do I need to take medicine for this.

Note: I am allergic to Gluten
