Brief Answer:
Not a portal for medical certificate

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Flu can take upto 3 weeks for complete recovery and one can be completely drained out.

For the productive cough I recommend the following
1. Syrup Ambrolite S 2 tsp three times a day after food. This will be helpful for shortness of breath as well
2. Avoid cold food and beverages
3. Do not engage in strenuous activities until you are better
4. Get an X ray if the symptoms of SOB persists or becomes worse

I am sorry to say that but this portal is only for suggestions on medical issues and we have no authority to issue medical certificates, it has to be issued by your GP

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
