If you have taken unwanted 72 after an unprotected intercourse tenth likely most common side effect that you are likely to experience some dizziness and nausea if you have been dehydrated. Drink plenty of water about 4-5 litres to keep the weakness and lethargy away.
You may start experiencing some mild abdominal cramps in next 48 hrs -72 hrs with mild lower abdominal pain and then withdrawal bleeding should start in next 5-7 days from the day of intake of medicine.
Once bleeding starts , it shall ensure that you are pregnancy safe.
