Question : How long can I expect to feel like crap from oxy n morphine use as prescribed for over 3yrs. for back pain. Still have bad back and am disabled from it. Went to pain mgt. And they told me I had to detox. I've been without since Sat.

Hi,

I understand your concern.

Usually, the symptoms of opioids withdrawn are noted a few hours of last dose. If you quit last Saturday, and no withdrawal symptoms so far, then, to my opinion you won't feel as a crap for a few more days.

I think you'll have less symptoms hopefully.
