Question : I went off my thryoid medication for about 2 weeks because i ran out and was unable to get it sooner. I'm wondering if i can just start back up with the regular dosage or if i should gradually build up?
I've also felt off the past few days and am curious is this could be from stopping it abruptly?

Brief Answer:
Yes please start taking your regular dose.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM: Please note that you can just restart taking it as it was prescribed.
It should take about 4-8 weeks to start having ill effects of not taking your thyroid medication, and yes you would start to feel off about a week or so, most people don't notice, but you are right. I hope this helps and good luck.
