Question : My alt is in the 80s i dont drink alot but have taken cocoaine when ive been out is this the cause and how long for them to go back to normal if it is

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your level of ALT is over the normal range but it is not to high.It means that there is a slight injury on liver cells.
Alcohol consumption and cocaine are known toxic agent for liver cells.Mist likely the causes of high ALT is cocaine use.

You should stop taking it.
Liver has a great ability to regenerate his cells if the toxic factors are eliminated.
If you don't drink alcohol, don't use cocaine, eat healthy and exercise regularly ,most likely the levels of liver enzymes would be normal after 2-3 months.

I only drink st the weekend i stopped taking cococane a month ago i do intense weight training and eat good so would my liver recover better

I would suggest to avoid drinking for some times until the liver tests get normal again.
Eat healthy ,drink plenty of water and exercise regularly.

Repeat your liver function tests after 2-3 months.Without alcohol and cocaine ,the liver tests should be back to normal.
