Question : 5yo daughter taking amoxcillin since fri for sinus infx/bronchial issue. Only slightest improvement in symptoms. But frequent bedwetting. D/c med or continue?

Usually sinus infection can last a week on antibiotics.
You need to complete the course prescribed for by your doctor.
If you stop it inbetween there is chance of promoting antibiotic resistance.
If symptoms persist after completing the full course consult your doctor again to re evaluate again.
