Brief Answer:
by 2 hours there is some improvement in lung function, not for acute relief

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Bevespi is a combination of formoterol and glycopyrrolate.

According to the prescribing information , the glycopyrrolate aspect of the medication reaches its maximum concentration at approximately 5 mins after use

Formoterol reaches its maximum concentration between 20 to 60 mins, the time frame varies.

Steady state levels of both are achieved after 2 to 3 days, this means that after 2 to 3 days of prescribed use, the levels of the medication in the system should not be dropping significantly

Medical studies have shown that by 2 hours, there is significant improvement in an aspect of lung function called the FEV1 (this is essentially the amount of air that a person can get out when they are forcing expiration/ breathing out)

This medication is used for maintenance and is not used for acute relief of symptoms.
It is not to be used for relief of acute bronchospasm (wheezing).

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
