Question : I am going off celexa after 7 days, how long will it be in my body
Brief Answer:
Around 1 week
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM forum.
A drug will take 4-6 half lives after last dose for complete removal from our body.
Celexa(Citalopram) has a half life of 35 hours. So it will take about 140-210 hours (6-8 days) for its complete removal from our body.
The other drugs you are taking do not have significant affect on half life of Celexa.
Hope this will answer your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
