Question : A friend has been taking Crestor & is very depressed, confused, memory loss, insomnia, headaches, panic attacks, anxiety, panic attacks, etc. not good. How long does it take Crestor to get out of your system & you get back to normal?
Brief Answer:
The drug will get out of body in about 4-6 days
Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM
Crestor is Rosuvastatin and if we consider the elimination half life of the drug then the T1/2 is about 19 hours. The drug takes about 4-6 days to get out of the body. Depressive symptoms caused by the drug reverse in about 4 weeks completely.
If panic attacks and other symptoms worse then better to consult a doctor.
Thanks
