Question : I took the depo- madrol injection for inflammtion in the theoat , can soneone please tell me how long does it take the side effects to wear off , or the shot itself tonwear off , please and thank you , having headaches

Hello,

depo-medrol has a prolonged effect when administered intramuscularly and it may take a couple of weeks before its effects wear off. Headache is a potential side effect.

If it's not severe you can use simple analgesics like paracetamol (acetaminophen).
