Brief Answer:
Kindly re-upload your test results....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for sharing your concern with XXXXXXX
I have read your medical concerns and I did not receive any reports of the tests you did. Can you please re-upload them? I really appreciate your kind collaboration.
(1) Generally, it will take 5 to 10 years from the
fatty liver to form
Cirrhosis in an alcoholic patient. However, it will depend on the individual, the amount of alcohol consumption, how fast the liver is being damaged, etc.
(2) + (3) Must have the reports uploaded to get the answer. Thank you!
(4) The early signs of cirrhosis include:
-
rash on the palm of hands
-
angioma stellatae (star-like pigmentation in the skin)
- edema of the legs
- bloated abdomen
- GI bleeding, etc.
(5) Once again, I'd kindly ask to have your reports. Usually, it will take up to 3 months after stopping alcohol for the TA to be optimized if you have not been diagnosed with cirrhosis but only alcoholic hepatitis or fatty liver.
As you have been reporting to have
jaundice in 2004, I'd also like to know what was the cause (hepatitis? and which type- A, B, C). In case you had
hepatitis B and C, then, it could take more time for the TA to get normalized.
So, please send your reports in and then, I can assist you with a more precise opinion.
Thank you!
