Brief Answer:
It will take around 10-14 days

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns posted here in past.

As Levetiracetam(Keppra) is a anti epileptic drug it takes about two weeks to have its complete effect.

It will take around three to four days to achieve a static plasma concentration in your body after dose change and will have required effect on neuronal membranes within a period of two weeks.

If there is no change toward desired status of symptoms dose of Keppra can be adjusted again after two weeks.

At present you need to continue with similar doses for next 10 days and it is hoped that you will get desired effect by that time.

I hope this answers your query.
If you have any other query feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards
Dr Ashok Kumar
