Question : Hi, this is my first time on levlan.
On Monday I took the sugar pill and onto the pills with red around them. When should I be getting my periods?

Hello dear, it takes 3-7 days for periods to commence after starting the sugar pills.
Just wait for your periods now and then start with a new pill pack from the first day of periods.

Also over the last 2 days I have had a small amount of brown like discharge. What is this from and should I be worried?

No nothing to worry and it is most probably a subtle start of periods and you will get full flow in a couple of days.
It is very common in pill users so just relax.
