Brief Answer:
Kidneys is the route, hydration is the key,

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Lorazepam has 18 hours of average elimination half life. So it should be out of your system in a day or two. Urine is the portal or elimination and most of the drug is protein bound. There are two ways to eliminate lorazepam. One is to stop glucuronic acid conjugation but that is risky and has severe sequelae. Letting the drug pass its course is advised.

other way is to drink plenty of fluids and let the kidney flush it out. If you have overdosed on it then go to ER and let them give you an antidote of flumazenil to reverse the adverse effects.

Nutshell, good hydration status is the safest way to eliminate it out of your system.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discusion please.

Khan
