upto 24 hrs.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

If by lortab you mean hydrocodone - it stays for almost 24 hrs in blood. And peak detection time is around 1-2 hrs of last dose.

after 24 hrs it is weakly detectable in blood.

In urine it can be detected upto 4-5 days.

There is no particular medicine with lotab ..if still you want to ask about any other drug please mention the salt or salts in it.
