Question : hi doctor my wife has taken a mt kit on 29th of may she started bleeding in between 48 hrs but get stoped after taking the next 4 tablet of pack so what should we do now?is now abortion is done or we have to wait for bleeding?

Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that in my opinion I think that abortion is done because withdrawl bleeding has occured and stoppage of bleeding can be there as different persons react differently to the hormonal shuffle . It cannot be predicted whether bleeding will occur or not but I think abortion is through . Still it will be better to get a USG TVS done and get it confirmed because thats the only confirmatory way .

when will be the next periods come??are there any side effects in future in carrying pregnencie??/

Generally the periods are not disturbed and come on regular time but cannot be predicted as they can be delayed also depending on person to person .
It does not have any effect on future pregnancies but should not be used as a regular method of contraception.
