Question : I am 248 pounds I smoked marijuana 28 days ago. I have been drinking water daily since. The only thing I have drank. I even took a laxative because I felt constipated. Am I clean??

If the test to be done is a urine drug screen, then you are clean as this generally goes out of the system within 10-14days. However, if a hair strand is going to be used, you would not be clean because it shows positive up to 90days after last consumption.
