How Long Does Oxycodone Stay In Body?

Question : How long does a 30mg oxcyconton pill stay in your system for a urine drug test?
I used to take Oxycontin about a 15 months ago,I have cronic pain in 5 areas of my body. 6 operations for Chrohns disease,In 2007 I accidently blew off my right shoulder(top of humerous,rotator cuff,only have about 3 inches of clavicle bone left).2009 I broke my C-5 bone in my neck into 3 pieces.2008 3 died bones were removed in my left wrist. 2014 I had a 4"by4" donor bone fused in my left pelvic,need wrist fusion.I also need a back fusion,I have degenerative bone disease(L-5,L-4,L-3 have herniative discs).My bones are so weak because I was on Prednisone for 12 years because my Crohns was always active.I just wanted you to Know my health history,because when I found my bottle of Oxcycontin,with only 1 pill in it I took it today and I see my Pain Doctor in 12 more days, and I'm worried if I get drug tested.I know I should of threw the pill away,but my pain Level was finally at a 4 instead of a 10.I take 4 10-325 Norcos a day and they only take the edge away from my Pain level.
