not long at all. 16 to 24 hrs at the most

this is for the immediate release form. There are long acting forms that take an additional 12 hrs to dissolve and get in, those would be about 26 to about 32 hrs.
These are somewhat LONG estimates based on very sensitive detection methods. The level generally chosen to indicate a positive screen is 10 to 100 times MORE and the time the blood level drops below that would be at least 4 hrs sooner.
