Oxycodone might be present for 3 to 5 days in urine
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. Percocet contains acetaminophen and oxycodone and is an opioid pain medication. There is no percocet which contains 30 mg oxycodone.
2. Available doses of percocet includes the following
2.5 mg oxycodone/325 mg acetaminophen
5 mg oxycodone/325 mg acetaminophen
7.5 mg oxycodone/325 mg acetaminophen
10 mg oxycodone/325 mg acetaminophen
3. Oxycodone has a half life of 3.5 hours and the oxycodone in percocet might be detectable in urine test for 3 to 5 days after consumption. Therefore most of the 20 mg oxycodone is out of the body in 24 hours but traces might be found for 3 to 5 days after taking it.
Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek
