Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

The half-life of sertindol is 3 days. It takes 4 half-lives for the drug to reach steady plasma concentration. Therefore, it takes 3*4 = 12 days for the drug to reach steady plasma concentration. It can take up to 6 weeks for the drug to have its intended effect on receptors in the brain and to show full efficacy.
