Question : Can you tell me how long a .5mg alprazolam (xanax} will be detectable when a urine test is done ? blood test ? Thanks very much...........

Dear Ms, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns. Xanax is detectable in urine for about a week and in blood for 48 hours after the last dose for occasional users .
