Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

The half life of a drug is the time it takes for the amount in the body to decrease by half.
This reduced amount is then halved and so on.
In general it is thought that a medication is eliminated after 3 to 5 half lives.

The half life of doxorubicin is 20 to 48 hours. This means that it would take from 60 to 240 hours . This is equilavent to 2 1/2 days to 10 days for complete elimination.

In terms of the cyclophosphamide , the half life is 3 to 12 hours.
This means that it should be eliminated within 9 to 60 hours ( 2 1/2 days).

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
