Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to health care magic!

I have gone through your query and it says about your drinking habit. You used to drink a lot in past but are quitting now. Your blood tests were fine three months back but still you are concerned about it and want to know measures to keep your liver fine.

I would like to tell you that in order to determine the harm done on the body (or liver) we need to get recent tests. Your blood tests were fine three months back but I suppose you were drinking heavily from that time so, if I had a similar case in my clinic then I would ask him to get atleast GGT levels ( a blood tests of liver) and an ultrasound abdomen.

The liver is an organ that has very good regenerative power and can get in normal position once the irritant is removed (of course till it dosent enter cirrhosis).

To get well soon, you should eat green vegetables and take lots of fruits and fresh juices daily.
Avoiding heavy spicy and oily food, avoiding fast food and anyother kind of substance of abuse along with alcohol will be of great help.

There are many good liver supplements available in market like -Liv 52 ..you can check them near your place and can start one after discussing it with your treating team.

So, the crux is eat healthy and avoid outside food, maintain abstinence from substance of abuse : would help you bring your liver back to perfect state.

Wish you good health
