does cotinine leave your blood faster if u Smoke a cigarette every once and a while plus you exercise and drink plenty of water?

won't being an occasional smoker mean it will be gone faster since it's not built up in your system

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

Tobacco is detectable on a cotinine test for up to 7 days after you smoke a cigarette. So you will fail the test if you take it five days after smoking a cigarette. Exercise and water will not speed tobacco's exit from your system. Nothing will -- it just has to metabolize naturally.
