Brief Answer:
Get a Complete blood count done

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for writing in
The swelling will take some time to subside
If the pain is gone and you do not have fever or other urinary symptoms there is no reason for concern

If you want to be extra safe get a complete blood count done - if the counts are on higher side continue with the antibiotics for another week or so. Your local doctor can guide through the test.

Hope this helps
