Brief Answer: 6-8 weeks required for graft incorporation Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query and based on that whenever the bone grafting is done to enhance the chances of union ,it takes roughly 6-8 weeks time to show sign of union on x ray .Regarding rehabilitation it depends on surgeon decision which is based on the implant used (nail or plate)and fracture stability. If you can send the x ray picture in the follow up query ,i will be in a better position to comment regarding rehabilitation .I shall be glad to answer for any further query. Take care and wish you good health. Regards,
