Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your query and below is the answer to your question.

The hash can remain in blood from 40 to 90 days (maximum) depending upon use.

You seemed to be using it quite often as per history so it can remain in blood up to a maximum 90 days.

The metabolic rate, age, any chronic illness, liver, and kidney function status like factors can affect the duration of persistence of hash in blood.

So, up to 90 days from last smoke or ingestion, your test for hash can remain positive. But it cannot be taken as a rule, sometimes hash might get cleared from the body within 3-4 week also.

Hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back to the 'Ask A Doctor service'.
I have reviewed your query and below is my answer for your question.

There is no proven way to remove Marijuana from body completely through any medication or natural remedies.

However few natural ways can help to remove it from body little bit earlier than it's natural course.
But you cannot predict exactly within how much time hash will be cleared.

You can try following...
_Take healthy diet like green leafy vegetables and fruits more
_Drink more water
_Take vitamin C containing citrus fruits like orange
_Avoid junk foods for few days
_Do regular excrecise like walking, running etc.

All above can be beneficial to some extent in removing Marijuana and its metibolite.

Drink more water especially before test as it can dilute urine and so urine test might give false negative result which can be beneficial for you.

Hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
