Question : Hi, I just got like a hematoma in my cheek. No pain or itchiness and dont know how it happened

I saw the pic.
It is due to trauma, most probably occurred while shaving.
Apply hot fomentation.
It doesn't look like expanding.
I prescribe Tablet containing Trypsin, Chymotrypsin and Anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
