Brief Answer:
you have taken sufficient doses

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM.
I would follow the order of your questions to keep it simple.

1. you have taken sufficient doses of vaccines for your second bite. 0 and 3 are good. Also, you had taken past (last year) vaccination schedule right.
2. Now, this is a good question. Previously you took VAXIRAB (PCECV) and now you have taken ABHAYRAB (vero). Let me assure you that as both are cultured vaccines, it does not matter, both work in the same line and induce similar antibodies for defense.
3.2 booster doses as per recommendations. you already had them. so be cool.
I HOPE THIS CLARIFIES ALL YOUR DOUBTS.
If you have anything else to ask, please post. ALL THE BEST AND THANK YOU.

Doc,
Thank you for the Nice detailed Reply. It clear My Doubts.

I have one Question,
I took VaxiRab before 16 months ago. Its more than a year. So My Query is even after 1 year or two year or more than that if a Dog Bite only two booster doses will be required? or there is a time frame like after X year more than two booster doses are required??

Just for safety purpose Im taking 3rd vaccine on 7th day. Now AbhayRab is not available in my current location can I take VaxiRab(I took this vaccine 16 months before)??

is 10 days Observation sufficient for a Dog??

Brief Answer:
Yes you can take VAXIRAB .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I'm really surprised at the depth of your questioing. Regarding the duration of protection - the answer is "could be any duration". Some will have many years of protection while some have few, it depends on the way your humoral immune response reacts and how long your memory cells retain the archives. IN GENERAL, IT IS SAID THAT IMMUNITY CAN LAST FOR MORE THAT 5 YEARS.
As per guidelines, no need to take 3rd dose as your antibody levels will not rise beyond a point.
Yes you can take VAXIRAB .
Yes, 10 day observation is sufficient, but keep a watch for 2 weeks if possible

Thank you once again Doctor for clearing Doubts.

Im asking you all this Because Im currently in a town and even Doctors from here don know much about rabies. like one Doc said me that if a dog bite pre-vaccinated person than person need to b take full 3 doses(if dog alive) to 5 doses(if dog died) again if 6 months have been passed. lots of mis information here. Thats why I came here online to clear doubts.

This is my last Query...

Doc Im attaching 4 images 2 images of my right Arm and 2 images of my left arm where I took one vaccine in each Arm total two vaccine as u recommed to me.

Pls look into all images and tell me that,

1). Have I took vaccine on right Place on my Deltoid in both Arms??
2). is Rabies vaccine is effective if taken anywhere in deltoid muscle or perticular region of deltoid muscle?? because link
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DvdBNAozxs
explaing perticular region for vaccination.....
Have I took vaccine on right place??

pls look the images Im attaching..
Thanks in advance...

Brief Answer:
right places

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You have been given the vaccine at right places in both the arms. There is no rule that it should be given only at periarticular region. The effectiveness hardly alters with the region of injection as long as it is given on deltoid. Only thing that we should make sure is to avoid nerve injury by keeping a little up .
HOPE THIS HELPS.
