How Long Does It Take For PCOS Medication To Take Effect?
Question: I've got pcos and have been told I have very small uterus that's the reason I haven't had period in 7 months I got prescribed duromine for weight loss just wondering will my cycles and ovulation return?

2. How ever i will try - The treatment what you are getting is Duromine (amphetamine based drug) is for weight reduction not for cure of the PCOS ( polycystic ovarian syndrome). may be your doctor trying to reduce the weight.
3. Most common complications seen in the PCOS are increase in weight and facial hair growth with irregular menstrual cycles.
4.Uterine size is also a concern - small sized uterus / hypo plastic uterus also can be the cause for irregular menstrual cycle - most common cause of small size uterus is congenital ( by birth).
5. Most common treatment given is hormonal in case of PCOS for regularisation of cycles.
