Question : I'm smitha i had my preagnancy test it is negative thyroid test its ia also negative and prolactin test my doc advice me to have regestrone for 5 days 2 in a day morning and evening i just want to know that in how many days my periods will be started it is 3 days i stopped my medicine as prescribed by doctor please advice

Wait for a week after the stoppage of tablet.. Periods will start in a week's time.. This is because progesterone level has to come down for the endometrium to shed..

In case you dont get mensus in a week's time, get a repeat pregnancy test and if negative get a scan to see for endometrial thickness..
