Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Healing usually depends on the indication of hysterectomy sutures used to sew and basic tissue strength.
In usual circumstances it heals almost completely in 8-10 weeks time.
But in general, heavy work, intercourse, constipation and cough are avoided for 6 months at least.
