Question : How long does it take for liver enzyme levels to change. Mine were twice the normal limit recently Im not an alcoholic but had two parasites from mexico that went undiagnosed for 2 months. That was a year ago. Ive had a weak immune system since and had phnemonia twice. Just wonderec if they elevate dramitically monthly weekly of much longer for changes. Specifically if i quit drinking alcohol caffeine and processed foods how long before i see results?

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
If you have raised liver enzymes, the first thing that you should do is to quit drinking alcohol. If you do that, you would see the results in about 6-8 weeks.
Let me know if I could help further.
