it was norco 10/325 I am 20 weeks pregnant and was perscibed the pain meds due to two back surgery's I've had

Thanks for information.

Norco contains Hydrocodone (which is a narcotic) 10 mg and acetaminophen (not narcotic) 325 mg.
With short duration intake of 2-3 days hydrocodone clears from body in 24 hours of last dose due to shot half life of 4 hours.
Acetaminophen clears from body in 24 to 48 hours from that last dose.
