Brief Answer:
Minimum7 to 20 days

Hi
I am Dr Mittal
As a physician around surgeries, I have seen many cases who have a similar problem.
In my experience the volume of blood (that can be best assessed by an ultrasound) is the man guide to the time needed to resolution. The more the blood, the longer the period. It still usually takes 7 to 20 days at the minimum.
Besides, you have a torn pectoral muscle. I hope your doctor has done an MRI to make sure its healing. If there is still bleeding from the site, resolution may take longer.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible.
