Question : yes, I'm applying for a position with a company where my husband works. I went to a concert last week and people around me were smoking pot heavily. I took three hits and stopped. The problem is that if I get hired they'll do a hair test. I've never smoked before honestly. Just drink occasionally. I don't want to embarrass my husband if I fail. do you think I would fail?

It is doubtful that you will have a positive hair test if you have never smoked pot earlier. Metabolites of marijuana are looked for in the hair sample so environmental factors do not affect the results. However it may be recommended to use follicle shampoo on your hair just as a precaution. Also the safest method is to wait 90 days before getting the test done.
