I am Dr Saad Sultan and will be answering your query. I have read and understood your health concerns.

As far as water warts management is concerned, it usually heals in two months time. Flucloxacillin is normally prescribed to prevent the secondary bacterial infection. Its duration should not be more than five days.

Apart from it, treatment generally prevent the autoinoculation and transmission to the close contacts. If lesion persists more than two months then definitive treatment should be performed like radiation or surgery.

Your dermatologist will help you in management.
Hope it helps And feel free to write me on HCM.
