Brief Answer:
Looks like hepatitis. Will take 2 weeks to get better

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for following up with the required answer.

Yes the values of report is high and it suggests that you have jaundice probably due to infection of hepatitis A which is the most common cause for hepatitis and jaundice in population.
The course of infection totally will take 2 to 3 week from onset of jaundice to total recovery.
It is a viral infection so no antibiotics will work to fasten the recovery.
Most of the patients complain of nausea and loss of appetite so try to eat high glucose and energy containing food stuffs.

You can also take syrup Liv 52 1 teaspoon twice a day which helps faster recovery of liver functions.
Try to take as much rest as possible because you might feel tiredness and easy fatigue.
It spreads through feco-oral route so maintain proper hygiene so as not to spread to family members.
Meanwhile ask your doctor whether any tests can be done to be sure about the reason of jaundice.

I hope I have answered your question satisfactorily.
If you have any more query kindly write back to me.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
you need a USG abdomen

Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for following up.
Itching in jaundice occurs when there is direct hyperbilirubinemia.
It usually means that the jaundice must be due to obstruction in the flow of bile pathway causing rise in direct/ conjugated bilirubin and deposition in skin causing itching over body.
You might also be having symptoms of clay colored stools due to the same reason. To confirm the suspect a USG of abdomen is very important to look for whether there is any gall stone causing obstruction in bile flow causing jaundice.
If on USG, it is found then depending on the location of blockage, your treating doctor will take the next step of further management.
I strongly advise you to repeat a liver function test along with a USG abdomen to find out the cause of jaundice.
You can revert me back with the USG report will advise you further guidance depending on it.
I hope I have given satisfactory answer to your query, if you still have any more query kindly write back to me and I will be happy to help. Waiting to hear back from you.
Thank you
