Question : how long does roxicodone remain in your system. I need to take a urinalysis. It is prescribed for a torn rotator cuff

Well it depends on dosage that you are taking, but after standard doses for neuromuscular pain, it clears up from our body within 4-5 days and it is not detectable in urine after it.
