Question: I took an I-pill yesterday at 7 PM, and had unprotected sex at 7 in the morning today, do I need to take another I-pill? Please suggest a medicine to avoid pregnancy.

No problem at all as ipill has high dose progesterone which causes certain changes in uterine lining that it becomes unfavorable for the baby to survive and thus us effective for 72 hours.
