Brief Answer:
Avoid changing medications for at least 48-72 hours after starting them.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Continue the medication and compete the full course for at least 5-7 days.

2. Mostly, such colds without fever are viral or allergic in nature. Viral colds will run their course. You can add paracetamol, plain steam vapour inhalation and a medicated gargle such as Betadine or Tantum. A teaspoon of cough syrup such as Ascoril-D or Reswas can be taken twice a day.

3. Rest and adequate fluids are important for early recovery. Diet should be bland.

4. Let me know if this persists,or more symptoms develop. Otherwise, this routine treatment should suffice.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
