How Long Should Pantopazole And Famotidine Be Taken?

Question: pantopazole and famotidine my mother takes pantoprazole in the morning and famotidine before going to bed at night are these medications supposed to be taken indefinitely and should they be taken back to back.she is unable to sleep .she has hallucinations is confused and irritable.
