How Long Will Shoulders Take To Heal After A Shoulder Surgery?

4-6 months at least with gradual improvement
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your question.
It's really sounds like you have had a difficult time with your shoulder. sorry to hear that.
To reassure you your pain and mobility should improve but after the ordeal you have been through it will likely take a few months for the symptoms in your shoulder to get as good as they are going to be.
Unfortunately I would not expect you to regain a full range of motion of this type of surgery. if you are able to flex and abduct your shoulder to 90 degrees you will be doing very well. You will likely not be able to work overhead with this arm in the future.
I hope this answers your question. hang in there things will continue to improve.
best wishes
