Question : Hi I have two questions how low can a person oxygen level be and a sugar level be this morning my mom o2 level was 71 and her sugar was also at 71

The sugar level, assuming you are using mg/dL, would be considered normal, though on the lower end of the normal range. However, if the oxygen level is 71%, that is very low and she would need to be taken to the hospital. The fact that they are both the same number is not significant and would just be a coincidence.
