After blastocyst transfer the earliest you can check for fetal heart by transvaginal ultrasound is usually 23-24 days.
By trans abdominal ultrasound it is usually around 30 days.
I hope this helps. If you have further queries I will be happy to answer.

                                    Brief Answer:
Progesterone upto 3 months of pregnancy. Follow up -consultant obstetrician
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
You need to take progesterone up to 3 months of pregnancy. In my clinic I prescribe either Cyclogest or Duphaston and not both.
You need to have follow up with Consultant Obstetrician. You must have a detailed anomaly scan at around 20 weeks pregnancy and a growth scan around 30 weeks of pregnancy.
If the ultrasound which you will be having shortly shows twin pregnancy, then you will need more close follow up and more ultrasounds.
I am sure you are taking a tablet of folic acid daily. Pregnancy outcome is usually good in women less than 30 years of age. So be relaxed.
I hope this helps. If you have further queries, do write to me. I will be happy to answer.
With best wishes,
Dr Rama

                                    Brief Answer:
You need to check NT
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
PGD detects chromosomal and genetic abnormalities.
Nuchal translucency is a screening test. It is increased in the presence of certain chromosomal and genetic abnormalities. It is also increased in the presence of certain non genetic/ non chromosomal Fetal abnormalities like cardiac defects, diaphragmatic hernia etc. Therefore you should have this test to exclude the possibility of these non genetic defects.
I hope this helps. If you have further queries I will be happy to answer.

I feel nausea all day but no vomitting.
When I ate something after that i feel a little bit hard breathing.
Is it affect by the medicine or pregnancy? how can i Overcome it?
I live on storey 2, and I really feel stress because i stay strictly all day in my room, no going downstair to somewhere for relax.
Could I go downstair one time for everyday?

                                    Brief Answer:
restrict use of XXXXXXX and wifi. Nausea subsides by 3 months of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
The concern with mobiles is because they emit low levels of non ionizing electromagnetic radiation. This is also emitted by Wifi.
There is no clear evidence that mobiles are safe. Studies in pregnant mice have shown that those exposed to mobiles had more babies with loss of memory and hyperactivity compared to controls.
Few studies in humans show conflicting results.
So the wise action would be:
-Switch off the XXXXXXX and wifi when not needed.
-You can use land line to talk
-keep your talk on XXXXXXX brief. Whenever signal is low, mobiles emit more energy. So go to an area where there is good signal whenever you want to call
- Do not keep XXXXXXX near you while sleeping.
Iron suppliments. If you are not anaemic start iron and calcium suppliments from the fourth month of pregnancy.
Don't worry about this morning sickness (nausea). It usually subsides by the end of third month.
Here are some tips to reduce nausea and vomiting.
- -When you wake up in the morning, sit down for some time before getting out of the bed.
-Take frequent small meals/snacks.
-Eat toast, dry crackers , roti etc. eat bland food.
-Don't eat oily, spicy, fatty food or food that has flavors which you cannot tolerate.
-Take ginger powder ( 250mg four times daily) or use ginger in food preparations
-Some of them feel good with ice cream in the morning. You too can try that.
If you don’t feel relief with these measures, then please consult your doctor who will prescribe medicines to reduce this nausea ( Pyridoxine/ Doxylamine etc).
On those days you feel well you can go downstairs once daily. Listen to music. Visit neighbors. Pursue your indoor hobbies. You will feel good.
I hope this helps. If you have further concerns, do write to me. I will be happy to answer.
