                                            Question : I am age 76,and my dr said I dont need more than 8 hrs sleep per night. and to check my sleep hygeince.I use 3 liters of 02 at night, have sleep apany for about15 yrs and use 2 liters of 02 some during the day.she rx 25 mg of zolof.any suggestions?
